I do not know if it can help or not efficient or not, this is just an idea. Finding masks can be difficult: Why not use the night shade mask the airlines offers in the amenity kit? Upside down, they can cover your nose and mouth and it is better than nothing. As long as you do not touch them when you wear them and wash them after being out. Just a thought.
