Hello Non-Rev!
A young lady that I was dating for the past 3 years had me on as her RTC at Delta (Registered Travel Companion). However, we recently decided to go our seperate ways amicably. She's offered to keep on for A Price! However, I don't know the market rate for Travel Companions. Can anyone help me determine whats fair.
She's a great person and she needs the money. I don't mind paying, I just don't want to get fleeced.
Any ideas on what price is fair?

She can set it up so you can pay at the airport - to give more than the actually cost is tantamount to selling her pass privileges, and could cost her her job.

But how much is a fair price? Not sure I underestand what you mean by setting it up so that I can pay at the airport. Can you fill me in? http://www.nonrev.net/forums/style_e...IR#>/smile.gif By the way, this is the one with unlimited S3 privileges.

Highly ilegal and she could be sacked if the company finds out.....Pass travel cannot be bought, sold or traded and that applies to all airlines.....might be prudent to remove that post!!

Flasher. Did you work for Air Mike in GUM/SPN??? I see you hail from Surfers Paradise area.

I worked for CO firstly in AKL, then SYD and PPT all for CO.
Then I was appointed GM-Indonesia and the company transfered me to Air Mike in 1989 (Air Mike flew the GUM-DPS route for CO), which was very fortunate as CO wthdrew from Australia a few years later. They retired me off in 1998... ten years in Bali were fabulous...now live just north of Surfers at Monterey Keys. Cheers, John

I went to DPS about three times around that time frame, 1997-98-99 while out in SPN.

So right, mate... montyb12, RTC is a priviledge granted by the airline to its employees... abuse of that priviledge is grounds for immediate dismissal...
