Does anyone have a link to a website to check availability on Airtran flights?

You can find their availability numbers on idtraveller.com, for one, but most LCC's don't participate in the appropriate global distribution systems that our nonrev availability sites glean their numbers from.

I will look up loads for NW, XJ, and 9E.

Just let me know.
