Hi guys,
Brand new member so go easy on me. Just started work at a 135 cargo operator. I know we have jumpseat privileges on most 121 carriers, though. I'm trying to find a place with all the correct phone numbers so I can list myself b4 showing up at the gate.
I got lucky flying on TED the other night and just showed up and they let me walk on, but I know it won't always be that way. I'm told there r 800 numbers or other numbers for nonrev interline types that I can call to list myself and even check seat availability beforehand.
Anyone know of a list of these for all the US Pax airlines, both majors and LCCs. Mostly be coming and going from ORD or MDW, live in Chicagoland.
Thanks

Call the customer service number of whichever airline you'll be flying on. Most will list you but sometimes you will get agents "UAL" who wont list you and will just give you a number to call.
-
Has anyone tried 800-UAL-LIST? Employees, companions and ZED / ID90 travelers can use this number from what I hear.

Welcome aboard Variable, interesting name, you must be from the North side http://www.nonrev.net/infopop/emotic...on_biggrin.gif
The AA non-rev travel number--1-888-WEFLYAA (1-888-933-5922), option 3; see easy enough.
Now tell me about your cargo, ever transport Giordano's pizzas? http://www.nonrev.net/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif
Keep'em flying

Thanks for the info, guys. I'll try the UAL and AA number you supplied and try customer service numbers for the others.
Flanker, (cool name, think it's a combo of Mig 29 and Su 27, huh) I'm from the western suburbs, and unfortunately the nearest Giordano's sold out and turned into 'Braconi's' whatever that is.
We carry everything from auto parts to dried fish. It's a step-up from what I used to do, trust me.

The nonrev listing lines that I currently have are:
AA: 1-888-933-5922 (48 hours prior)
AS: 1-877-677-2566
CO: 1-866-359-3727
HA: 1-888-899-9875
HP: 1-800-894-7277
UA: 1-800-241-6522 (48 hours prior)
US: 1-800-325-9999
WN: 1-866-359-7967
We have been told that for now the HP and US numbers are still separate as are the pass agreements.

Anyone got the number for NW?
-
I don't know of any special number to call for NW. As far as I know you just call the regular line and ask if they have time to help you. That number is 1-800-225-2525

For non-Delta non-rev flyers call your local reservations number.
For Delta employees and pass riders try:
TravelLine VRU 800-325-7123
In Atlanta use 404-715-4989

Hi,
I am flying out from FRA to JFK on delta with a buddy pass, 8th of April. As I am doing this for the first time it would be great if someone could tell me how to go about it. Do I have to call anywhere to get listed. I have a ticket that was sent to me online from delta without seat reservation. I would be greatful for any help. Thanks
-
Yes you would have to get listed first.
