I know it can be tough, but can I get suggestions on Hawaii non-reving during Summer months. Spouse works for Alaska Airlines. Would like to go on another airlines pass. Would be flying out of/into SEA. What islands have best non-rev availability? Airlines with the best chance of finding seats? Best days of the week. Any assistance would be appreciated!

Travelling as an OA nonrev on United to Hawaii during the summer I would say requires a close personal relationship with your deity of choice. It can be tough sometimes even as an actual employee.

Check this recent post just a few underneath this one:
You can also use the forum's search function. There is a lot of existing discussion and advice about nonreving to Hawaii.

Some of the Northwest flights out of SEA and PDX don't look the bad.

Also, you might want to consider buying a ticket for the way back considering it's summer. Aloha has some great fares from HNL and OGG to SAC and OAK. You could just get on an Alaska flight from either of those cities back to SEA.
From what I have experienced and have heard, getting there is MUCH easier than getting home. Hope this helps.

It is possible, but you (obviously) need to be flexible and lucky.
I went to Kona last week. Everything else on United has been nearly or totally full all summer for all the islands, with the possible exception of midweek travel to Honolulu.
I tried to fly United on Sunday 7/1 back to the west coast and would have been stranded. I had to fly SA on Hawaiian to get back, and I was lucky to do that.

Have heard good things regarding availability on Hawaiian from PHX as well as SMF, both of which connect to AS flights.....
