So, I was planning on hitting disneyland on the 24th - AS on the way down to SNA, maybe AS home from SNA of if I'm having too much fun, LAX to SEA via MSP http://www.nonrev.net/forums/style_e...IR#>/blink.gif http://www.nonrev.net/forums/style_e..._DIR#>/huh.gif (yeah, funky routing but it means I can spend the whole day at the park!)
I'll have my trusty (hopefully! It'll be it's virgin trip!) netbook, my ID and a pocket full of change (OK, and my debit card! Hey, Denny's will feed me free that day too!) So A couple questions -
A) best transport between the Airports - cheap and safe.

I'm planning to be in Vegas, but if things change..... http://www.nonrev.net/forums/style_e...DIR#>/wink.gif
Jumper, I'm thinking the way to go is one of the shuttles SuperShuttle or Prime Time. But I can't recommend one or the other, as I haven't taken the shuttle - home town advantage. http://www.nonrev.net/forums/style_e...DIR#>/cool.gif
But I will ask around.

Doesn't sound "funky" to me, sometimes you have to back to go forward. Non-Rev travel rule #5. http://www.nonrev.net/forums/style_e...#>/biggrin.gif

Hey, you could always just leave to LAS on thursday Night!!! http://www.nonrev.net/forums/style_e...DIR#>/cool.gif

http://www.nonrev.net/forums/style_e...#>/biggrin.gif The plan is to leave Wednesday; Thursday I'll be poolside. Among the top things to avoid in LA is driving to Vegas on Friday and driving home from Vegas on Sunday.

So far no luck in finding anyone that's even been on an airport shuttle. http://www.nonrev.net/forums/style_e...>/rolleyes.gif http://www.nonrev.net/forums/style_e...DIR#>/wink.gif It might just boil down to the cheapest.
However my niece (big Disney fan) recommends you register for free admission online.

I'd been researching this myself recently... there is a shuttle from LAX-Disneyland-LAX which takes around 1hr.... but not sure about SNA. Not a local, but I thought i'd throw in my 2 cents

Right you are Nick. It took me a while, but, I finally struck gold. There is a bus, Disneyland Resort Express direct non-stop service from both LAX & SNA to Anaheim Hotels.
SNA- hourly departures between 7:45 a.m. and 10:45 p.m. - with depatures every 30 minutes between 9:45 a.m. and 7:45 p.m.
LAX- hourly departures between 6:30 a.m. and 12:30 a.m. - with depatures every 30 minutes between 10:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m.
No reservations required
SNA- Booth location, outside bagage claim at the Ground transportation Center, Disneyland Express Booth
price -
SNA $17
LAX $22
You'll have to give the driver a hotel-- Best Western Park Place Inn is right across the street from Disneyland. http://www.nonrev.net/forums/style_e...DIR#>/wink.gif
Return
I talked with the company but it never hurts to double check
7:40 p.m. - last bus Best Western Hotel to SNA
8:40 p.m. - last bus Best Western Hotel to LAX
Dress light, Santa Anas, going to be in the 90's this week. Have fun.
Edited to add -- allow at least an hour to LAX.

The Disneyland Resort Express Bus offers a discount for Airline employees with your ID. I used it in November 2008, you get on at the airport and it goes to the Disneyland Hotel first. That's where you need to show your ID and pay. I think it might have been 50% off....at the very least it's a good $8-10 off.... You can get off at the Disneyland hotel if you want and walk through Downtown Disney to the park entrance (prob around 10 min). The shuttle always goes to the DIsneyland Hotel, so that's probably the easiest place to pick it up, but check with the driver for specific return directions.
Have fun!!!!
