thinking of a turkey day excursion to big city, taking a buddy. Checked out the flights to JFK and LGA and they look good on thurs and even look good coming back fri, am I crazy to think we could pull this off? would consider other east coast city, if any suggestions.

I agree with the other post, if you've checked the flts & they look good go for it & have a great day.
I'd be more concerned a day or two before Thanksgiving and the Saturday or Sunday that weekend than I would the day of or the day after.
