Why did the chicken cross the road-The cities respond.

Atlanta chicken- crossed the road eating a peach and drinking a Pepsi. Unfortunately she was struck by a runaway Coca-Cola truck and ended up the blue plate special at Chris's truck stop, diner and peanut emporium. http://www.nonrev.net/infopop/emotic...on_biggrin.gif

California chicken- tried crossing the road at night but got blinded by the high beams of an oncoming electricty truck and was blasted across the state. Presently rehabilitating while watching Terminator 1 & 2. http://www.nonrev.net/infopop/emoticons/icon_wink.gif

Canada chicken- not only crossed the road, but did it wearing ice-skates and carrying a hockey stick.

Chicago chicken-crossed the road easily despite having to cross 'L' tracks, railroad crossings, police roadblocks, parading podiatrists and Randy riding his bike.

Florida chicken- crossed the road amiably enough, retired and now lives in a master-planned community where it plays shuffleboard and smokes unfiltered cigarettes all day.

Las Vegas chicken- crossed the road accompanied by Celine Dion vocals and its own amazing light show.

L.A. chicken- This taut and tanned sunglass wearing chicken somehow managed to make it across the road unscathed. However a few weeks later it attended an open casting call for a national fried chicken restaurant and was never heard from again. http://www.nonrev.net/infopop/emoticons/icon_cool.gif

London chicken- had a crush on a Beefeater.

New York chicken- would only cross the road at night by candlelight-it was more dramatic that way.

North Carolina chicken- crossed the road using the 'buddy' system with South Carolina.

Orlando chicken- crossed the road holding her banner high, high, high!

Phoenix chicken- built a tunnel under the road. Unfortunately this weakened the road and caused a tanker to crush the tunnel and burst into a giant fireball. The chicken was roasted, but survived and eventually ended up getting addicted to causing things to blow up in a repetitive pattern of insanity.

Sydney chicken- crossed the road with three big hops. Joined a group of wandering kangaroos, wrote a best selling book about her experience and now sells motivational books and tapes on the internet.


Texas chicken- No one knows exactly what happened to her. However local Texas officials did find a 10 mile section of road completely blackened from some sort of an explosion, the only identifiable pieces of wreckage two 50 foot chicken legs. http://www.nonrev.net/infopop/emoticons/icon_wink.gif[/list]

American West (news release)-- to run away from the fox, or to chase the worm, or both. It's a food chain after all.

AMT-- I don't know, I changed two wings, a beak and removed a bad egg and the silly thing still can't fly.

Chicken-- "I am crossing the road to block traffic as a protest against...(thump)"

F/A-- Who knows, but she did it wearing skates, hauling a beverage cart and selling $3 snack boxes.

gate agent-- Why does anyone cross a road? I mean why doesn't anyone ever think to ask what the heck this chicken was doing wandering around when her flight was boarding.

Management-- We are adopting a wait and watch policy. We have convened a meeting of all departments and will decide the future course of action after the chicken comes back.

Marketing-- the frequent fryer miles

Northwest (news release)-- It was looking for pretzels.

Pilot-- Because there was a sign that said "All you can eat for $5".

Part-time ramper-- because it meant travel.

Ramper-- It was caught by a freak gust of wind.

Reservations-- It crossed the road to get back to the coop, which the farmer had moved as part of a cost-cutting plan to stave off bankruptcy and win a goverment loan.

TSA-- The chicken had no picture ID. Therefore it was detained and searched in accordance with TSA procedures. We apologize for any embarrassment to the chicken. Questions, call the TSA consumer hotline.

US Air (press release)-- obviously to avoid a bloody encounter with that other chicken walking toward it.[/list]

Not a surprising fate... drinking a Pepsi in Atlanta! :o
