Saipan Chili Peppers
I picked some of these peppers the other day on Saipan at the vegetable market 13 years since my last there, when I lived on island working for Continental Micronesia. Man, what everyone seems to say about Saipan these days are pretty much unfortunatley true. At least its at half its capacity, maybe even less speaking economics. Room was great with a good view. I could see the vessels I shipped with from 25 years ago still sitting pretty off shore of West coast of Saipan. Hotel room was huge and my invited guest could shout, with no complaints from neighbors. The walls of thick and made of cement, not dry wall. Had barbecue on the island too. Lots of boonie dogs roaming around for the scraps.

Anyone know the sport of ROCBALL? Ok, so you know whom the founder of ROCBALL was? I know this man. I saw him a couple of days ago in a Saipan McDonalds. I walked up to him and asked him if he was still on this island. He said yes because of his wife and kids. I used to work out where he would work out, same gym off of beach road. It's been over 13 years since I last saw him. His name, James Feger. Check him out online. I remember he told me he was Motor Transportation in Vietnam with the Marines.

Yeah, Economy Plus is definitely from the UA side. As a nonrev, it's generally pretty easy to get. Since there's no extra charge for us, I'm ok with that :)

It's like a bit of a consolation prize. Ok, I didn't win the lotto, but I got a nice watch out of it.
