Look at that no smoking sign in picture #5. "No smoking, not even _______". Any idea what that last word is? Really hard to tell. I'm guessing they're not talking about e-cigarettes ;)

Abdullah (turkish) very very expensive cigarettes. Today an empty tin can sell for over $150.

Yea but you know what? I bet you they had a helluva lot more leg room than we got now. You could probably stand around and the flight attendants didn't say squat. Probably were way more polite, served you real meals. Could smoke, once you got up in the air. No credit cards flying around to buy a stupid snack. Have we really progressed? I suppose that is kind of relative eh?

We've progressed yes, becoming less elite and more "democratic". When it comes to commercial flying, give me aristocracy any day
