JetBlue’s social experiment


In February JetBlue offered pax on a BOS/PHX flight, the chance to travel to anywhere JetBlue flies for free, THE CATCH - the decision must be unanimous, that’s right, all 150 pax must agree before the plane lands, to one single destination.


The social experiment was on compromise - can a plane full of strangers “reach across the aisle” and come to a decision.
The video is four minutes, documenting every dramatic detail. And in the end - well
when the reward is an airline pass, people learn to be…..flexible.:cool:
