When there's a long thread and you would like to respond to several participants, go down the list and click the "Quote" button for each of the ones that you want to reply to. Select the "Reply" button. You will see that all of the posts of each participant you selected is now included in your reply within quote tags. Respond to each one below the quote tag. Delete any portions of the quoted material that is not pertinent to your reply.
