Recently bought ticket thru the 20% discount. 1 week later saw a lower fare on united.com and called to see if I could get the lower fare. res agent said no it was non refundable. Anybody have experience with this?

Gotcha--we have discounts, too, but I've never used one. Kinda stinky to find a better fare right afterwards!
