listing what's going on?
Hello
Maybe the merging is creating this situation.
My airline advised us to go to id90t.com to create a listing on UA however this website does not give access to it and if you do it over the phone you will have to pay $20 according the 866 number UA gives for non reving.
Can somebody tell what is going on?
Thanks

I have the same problem trying to list on UA, there is no UA on the drop down window.
Please help
Thanks

We have been told that we can call the nonrev mumber for UA and the fee will be waived due to the situation (866 359 3727)

Yeah, that's one of the few things about our new SHARES system that I don't like. With FastAir/Apollo, I could list myself for a flight, no problem. Once or twice I've had someone with a ZED ticket but no listing come up, and I was able to figure out how to list them even if I hadn't been trained for that specifically. My account has been a little screwed up for a while, but I was able to get by until the switchover. Now, I can't list myself for flights with our new website (have a ticket in to fix it). Hoping to go somewhere maybe next week, I asked my manager if we could list for flights like the old system. Nope. It's a shame, it was pretty handy :(

Yes, since the merger, we have had all kinds of problems with non revs, I would suggest not flying UA for another week or so, maybe all the kinks will be worked out. New software for all of UA

Has anyone verified the listing without paying $20...?
-
Do you know of anyone who has actually listed and not paid $20? Last two trips I had to ask an agent to list, one happily one not so...

All the above makes me feel good about being a "Deltoid"...{":"}}[

UA listing site should be up and running for most airlines by tomorrow. Until then, UA agreed to accept listing calls with no fee.
