Skywest will use a CRJ-200 (ugh) for this route beginning 6/15/13
DEN-SGU Dep 1:30pm Arr 3:15pm
SGU-DEN Dep 3:40pm Arr 5:18pm
So if SLC-DEN is oversold, Then SLC-SGU-DEN.

As a former SkyWest employee and current Denver resident, I like this! That route was looong overdue, especially since the LAX route was horribly scheduled if I remember right leaving only SLC. I will say this though, that's really better as a LAS backup, since SGU is on the other side of the state and LAS is maybe 100 miles away.
Agreed sponge as if all else fails to LAS, you fly to SGU, get a rental and make the I-15 south. The night SLC schedule to LAS in the summer is tricky. Only concern is CRJ-200. Lets hope the demand calls for a CRJ-900.
I kind of doubt it to be honest. I believe they use 200s for their LAX route, and the SLC flights they have for DL are on the Embraer turboprops. Besides, SkyWest only flies their CRJ-900s for DL :)
Could be a CRJ-700, though :)
FLT#7396 DL uses a EMB120 but 4xdaily to SGU they use CRJ-200 for the most part. Your right though a 700 might be likely in the future..
Oh, never mind then. I suppose that OO has phased out their EMBs a little bit, forgot about that :)
