Non rev bag on US
Hello all, I have trouble to find a correct answer. I might travel from France to the Usa on AA, we can have two checked bags max 50lb on AA, I might connect to a US on the domestic portion can I have the same amount or only one? Our reference star gives me a link I cannot access being retired.
Thanks for your answer.
Ps In general can we have one or two checked bags within size and dimension on US?

The MyIDTravel site says 1 piece per traveler under 50 lbs, and smaller than 60 linear inches.

Yes thanks it is what I read but I thought the bag policy for nonrevs was aligned with the one of AA. If it is not the case we will pack in consequence. Thanks again for your answer.

I have nonreved on them and they only allowed 1 free bag. I had to pay $35 for the second bag.

I'll remember it thanks for the info...

US should give you the 2 free. I'm off today or I'd list myself on US and test it to be sure.
Being an Eagle station with a US contract is coming in really handy about now.

StormHawk, are you sure that includes OAL employees? I remember when I worked for SkyWest, employees and I believe dependents would get 2 checked bags, but buddy passes had a charge for the second (maybe even first?) bag. I think charging for the second bag is becoming more and more common, sadly.
