    Isppilot is correct. Check the process for the airline you want to fly. At AS, we have to purchase the tickets from ID90.com then take the ticket number to myidtravel.com to actually list when flying on AA. I see that you are the parent of an AS employee so that would be your procedure. We still can't check in online, though.
