Nonrev (and rev) tip for AKL I learned the hard way - They weigh carry ons. If yours weighs more than 7 kg, you must check. I've seen recommended weights when traveling in Europe but this was a first. Luckily, my bags and I made it on the same flight. However, when I flew a domestic flight on Air New Zealand from Queenstown to AKL, they did not weigh and I was able to bring my rollaboard without checking.
