    Default AA International booking issue

    Listing internationally on American and I keep receiving the pop up "US destination address field cannot be left blank"

    I cannot figure this out.
    I'm booking in and out of the same US cities into the same International destination. I called the non rev line and was told they have no idea what it means.
    Anyone else come across this? Anyone have any ideas? I rebooted my computer, shut down the non rev site brought it back up and I'm still getting the same error response...
    Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi and welcome! Only thing I can think of is in jetnet, go to the travel section then traveler information. Then select edit for the traveler. Make sure the address information is correct. I couldn't find it but I think there is an email address in the travel section for nonrev travel. If I can find it, I'll message it to you. Good luck and safe travels!
