    Default What? In and Out

Man, I don't know. Is an IN AND OUT burger that much better than a double Whataburger loaded up all the way? That double beef patty whataburger is a baaaad baaaaad burger man.

In N Out is good, but I don't know that they really deserve the cult following that they have, to be honest. Whataburger is something more local to you Texas weirdos more than anything else. Five guys is great... I've only had them a few times for whatever reason, but each time my mouth has been very happy. Being from Wisconsin, I also have to plug Culvers. Sweet, greasy burgers...

And just to put this out there for something totally different, I feel like I have to say *something* about White Castle. Terrible, terrible sliders that I have to get when I go home to MSP. Especially with certain... legalizations... in Colorado, I'm amazed they don't have any around here. You could make a killing opening one up on Colfax! If I were a businessman, I would absolutely do that. If you want to be really crazy, go during breakfast hours (they start at midnight, too). A slider with an egg on it. Trust me, they use actual egg and it's pretty darned tasty.

You're just jealous that you don't have easy access to the other two options!

I like that. Texas wierdos. I'm a transplant here in Texas, like probably 75 percent in the IAH area alone. Maybe that's what makes up the wierdo part eh?

No in and outs in Houston yet. I think I read something about them coming over here.

I always keep my fingers crossed that my flight arrives or departs somewhere close to D27 to get my Cousin's fixin. Been to Dickey's a few years ago. Might try to hit up one of the places listed here The Best Barbecue in Dallas although the article is from 2010. Will report back.
