WizzAir from 10/28/13 will begin service to Dubai, where it’ll operate service from BUH, BUD, KBP, IEV,and SOF. The low-cost carrier will be the first 2 operators to operate service at the New Dubai Al Maktoum Airport, where it’ll open to passenger traffic from 10/27/13. Saudi carrier Nasair will also move its Dubai operationfrom DXB to DWC from 10/27/13
