Alaska Air (ALK) saw its traffic grow by about 9.2% YoY up to November 2015. The success can be attributed to the company’s constant effort to expand to newer markets and grow its reach to a number of favorable tourist spots.
The legacy carrier United Continental saw a 2.5% YoY (year-over-year) growth in its traffic for 2015 (until November) while American Airlines’ traffic demand grew by 2% YoY and Delta saw a 4% YoY growth in traffic.
