I am a Delta REtired - how do i get a refund on an AA zed tkt ?

Is it a paper ticket? If so, must be refunded at Delta ticket desk. You have 90 days post-issue, I believe.

Not sure how it works with DL zeds but for AA, zeds that we purchase are valid for 90 days but we have up to 1 year from date of purchase to get a refund.
