Even with the flights not cancelled, I would strongly advise against flying to/via China (mainland China to be specific) because 1. you will be subject to quarantine if China pops up on your itin and 2. healthcare there is not at par and severely overloaded. So if you get infected, there is a high chance you won't get the treatment that you would expect at your local hospital
