Regional Elite was very hastily thrown together. Comair and Mesaba had many many happy employees, REAS has almost none. There is alot of talk about a possible union at REAS. Nobody I know at REAS feels at all like a valued asset(including me in my time there). I was VERY happy to leave REAS when I did
