I work for Regional Elite as a cross utilized customer service agent. I've been with the company for approx. 6 months, and also worked for comair for a bit a few months earlier. Basically I've seen little difference in our operations. Starting pay did go down as I was rehired after finishing school at a lower rate. As stated above flight benefits are unlimited at S3C priority on Delta Mainline flights.... on Connx carriers S3 and S2 can be used. Buddy passed are only awarded after a full year as well as your uniform stipend. Its disheartening to work for RE when all day you serve Delta Passengers, but in the grand scheme of things you are paid less than Delta Mainline employees.
