Yeah... it's technically a browser issue I'm pretty sure, not an operating system one. However, the catch 22 is that only Windows computers support IE, which is the only browser that works with the site as far as I can tell. As a programmer, it drives me nuts when people write their sites to use anything that works with IE only, especially when more universal options are just as easy to do on a site like this... the frontend (which is actually browser-dependent) isn't that complex, so there's no reason to write it with IE-only tools.
