You would need to get all the zed info from your pass bureau as the zed people probably either won't have it or give it to you if they do. Every airline has a different password and user id. Sorry to say that if your pass bureau hasn't heard of zed fares, you don't have an agreement to use them. We only got them (and on limited airlines right now) last year so I know not every airline is involved in zed agreements with other airlines. Good luck!
