I don't think we have any KLM folks on here, but I'd try calling them again. Maybe you just had bad luck with the agents? Otherwise, it might even be worth it trying Air France, since they've merged with KLM (not sure if their systems are integrated much yet, but if you have no place else to look, it's worth a try)
