Thread: Norway and Istanbul Trip Report, finally!

Brian a great read. I especially loved the description of Bob’s driving ( I had one of those too - when making a turn my aunt would often wander across into the adjacent turn lane, she always wondered about all the hand waving and honking when she made turns).
And I had to laugh when you mentioned passing the Spice Market “again”. Trust me I made that kind of navigation error many times until I made a compass part of my “travel pack”. Believe me, standing on a corner holding a compass is quite the conversation starter.
Question - What is Norway’s national dish? And what about Norwegian tap water, did you at least have a sip?
