I've been thinking (always dangerous for me http://www.nonrev.net/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif )
...and I've been talking to my International connects (pax) about how their flights were, how crowded, timely, etc.
...and the consensus has been, "VERY FEW, IF ANY EMPTY SEATS, esp on the Transatlantic flights, particualrly bad returning to the US!"
So, in light of this thread:

...plus the procedure (at least for me w/my company) of getting a fare quote...then the 7-10 day process of obtaining ZED or ID90 tickets..
I find the MAJOR obstacle for me is going to be calling the Non-Rev desk at the OAL and listing. I don't feel comfortable asking the Res agent question after question about "How does this flight look?, How does this day look? ETC! http://www.nonrev.net/infopop/emoticons/icon_frown.gif
My questions is: Are there enough of us here, employed by various companies...where we could pose the question, something like?
"I/my family plan to travel to "???" ...during "such and such time period" ...ARE there any days/flights that look better/more doable than others?"
No proprietary info, no specific numbers....just some good reliable general information to facilitate the listing conversation?

I would be happy to help with those situations. It's fairly easy for me because I work in reservations. Actually, if you called Alaska's non-rev line you are transferred to a general sales agent like me and we will give you all of the information we can.

...I find that even when I try to reach the non-rev desk at HP, the agent usually asks "What do you need" and offers help.
Do you see OAL's stats/seats? (I see up to 4 seats, authorized, not booked, just enough to alter our part of the reservation if needed)
...I'd be glad to assist anyone also w/domestic and international HP flights, however it will take me 12-24 hours to get back to you, and I only work M-Th. Just give me selected days/flights and I will lokk at the hard numbers and offer suggestions...
Now if a few m ore here would/could volunteer International flight info...we'd be on the way http://www.nonrev.net/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

Like Donna, everyone in our office here is happy to give either a very close approximation of numbers on a flight, amount of listed staff or even the exact loadings.
Not that I am much help to you all the way down here, but it does happen more frequently than you may think.
Can give you one hot tip at the moment - don't try AC YVR-HNL till at least January next year! Spent the last 4 days trying to get out of YVR back to SYD and thanks to some staff "reward" pass being given to all AC Canada staff with an expiry of Dec 31, HNL is *very* popular. Had over 100 nonrevs listed each of the last 4 days !!

If you have a ZED agreement w/Air Tahiti, for a few $$ more...you can go LAX-CDG (is that Paris..lol?) pretty much open and hassle free compared to East Coast US flights http://www.nonrev.net/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

I think that you will find in general that if requests for loading and flight chances are posted on the forum they are answered to a good degree however the posters need to be more specific with their request for information. Its a bit pointless however someone posting a request such as 'hoping to travel from East Coast to Germany sometime in July and looking for flight loads' as has been seen.
If posters give boardpoint(s), destination(s) , IATA rebate type ( i.e ID.... not S3A-567 ) employing carrier and carrier(s) on which travel is hoped for along with a realistic range of dates then there would be better chance that those who have access to these figures could give appropriate advice without feeling 'overwhelmed'!!
