I am a Skywester here in EUG, Oregon... I know parts of this DeltaNet and Deltamatic System in and out--- looks like you are not eligible on anything except anthing under the "Delta Banner"... in otherwords anything with Delta painted on the side or anything 'Delta Connection'.
