We all know that any FREE seat on an airplane is a GOOD seat, and anything above coach is gravy. Have any of you travelled on those LAYFLAT SEATS anytime lately? I haven't but I work around them all the time. I was not impressed at all. The seats feel almost like coach seats, not leathered seats. (At least ours.) I feel sorry for the person on the window. He's stuck there and has to ask permission to the guy sitting on the aisle to get up to use the lavaratory as he's all sprawled out. That looks like a bumbed out place to sit. On the positive note, the CENTER seating is cool. Either of the two seats in the middle, face an aisle, and not dependent on asking anyone to move to get up to use the lav on a long flight when everyone is zonked out. I'm not saying its BETTER sitting in coach, but I prefer the leather seats KIOTO style, much more comfortable, but a pain in the butt to work on when they break down. But again, any free seat is a good seat. One thing worse than sitting in the middle of the row between people in coach is having paid the full fare to sit that way. THAT would truly suck eh?
