Just like TSA. They own that little part of the world while you get screened. Best keep your pie hole shut whenver you go through that line. They will step up the making life miserable for you part of it whenever you challenge them in any way. I've seen it done by watching mouthy pax go through the lines. You gotta think too. These are government people that don't get fired easily, don't care if they offend you and can get away with alot based on their ignorance and arrogance. Look whom runs the show there. Alot of them just made a crossover from welfare to government job just to be able to keep their same-like benefits. These were the same security people that went from civilian to government employee thanks to 9/11. Alot of them had criminal records. (Not my statement, but rather what I had read in the local newspaper.)
You want a job with power but with little to no education required, nor any kind of special skills with the ability to mess with people because.....THEY CAN? Join those guys.
