Thread: Gourmet Italian coming soon to PIT

	Bottega dei Sapori opens in the airport’s Center Core later this year. The 1,125-square-foot store will offer gourmet cuisine, including artisanal pastas, small-batch extra virgin olive oil, meats and cheeses, chocolates, cookies and Italian coffee. There also will be a tasting corner, where guests can select from products such as a panino or sampling of cheese and olives. “Bottega dei Sapori, which means ‘a shop of flavors’ in Italian, is a reflection of Airest Collezioni’s passion for the wonderful tastes of Italy, and we look forward to giving travelers at PIT an authentic shopping and dining experience.
