I vote no way on cell phone calls in flight. So many people are loud on their phones and, really, do we want to hear everyone's conversations? It won't take a few weeks of this before we would see arguments between passengers over the noise level and the content of the neighbor's conversations (guaranteed to be some inappropriate ones).
