Thread: flight crews fly free

There are a lot of different agreements so I look at it this way - it is what it is. If they fly without having to purchase a ticket then that is simply a perk of their position. I can't request a jump seat either but no one will expect me to help in the event of an emergency on board so it is a trade off. A lot of airlines have counter agreements as well while I always have to purchase my tickets to fly ZED. I don't have a problem with either scenario.
