    Default Transit CDG

I'm sure BK can answer this tout de suite, I'll listen to anyone who know recent procedure. Next month we fly nonstop CVG/CDG, then use rev tkts (codeshare Air Malta). It's been a few yrs since I've done transit this direction. Just want to be prepared in advance. Air Malta departs from 2D. We have total 4hrs between flts. After arrival, where do we go for transit to that concourse? The last 2 visits, I stayed airside @ Sheraton. Thanks for any advice/info. Cheers!

Sorry, I've only ever flown into CDG once and I just transferred from Terminal 1 to the metro. Good luck.

We usually fly out of 2E which is near 2D, they are pretty good at assisting you through, in case you need it. The transit desk will be in an open area where it is pretty easy to spot. I don't think it's marked though, so when you come down a hall and then into an open area (not super big) with a desk (about 6 agents long). For us, it was on our right hand side as we walked into the area. You'll have to stand in a semi-long line (but hopefully not).

So, what do others do during transit hours in CDG? Any good ideas for places to eat?

The baguettes are pretty good but barely any meat/cheese. I've eaten at Hippopotamus "brasserie" for steak frites, and there are 2 upscale restaurants but I thought they were a bit pretentious for a terminal area. Tablecloths and garcons w/aprons. I'm partial to the splits of bubbly for 9euros...

I also forgot about this helpful website (you might already know about it), it helps a bit with the transit questions.
