Not the TSA that is in the good ole USA.
Security anyone in a foreign country wearing a uniform and armed to the teeth and with control of persons moving
across its borders.
It is their country - their rules - their laws - and Yes everyone is subject to them - diplomats excluded.
Whatever security information that is exchanged between our country's agencies and the foreign country is based
on Profile information and other unknown data - this may not have much of a bearing on non-rev travel;
but buying a one-way ticket for cash is the Prime trigger for revenue pax.
Non-revs with a ZED ticket could fall into this but buying ZED and other fares is done on plastic (credit/debit card).
So initially a non-rev could fit one of the profile items but upon further review be exempt and good to move about the country.
Over zealous officials may follow the fickle finger rule book and make travel and passage briefly uncomfortable until they
realize that non-revs are not the droids they were looking for.
Travel in Europe is pretty much a free zone - not much to worry about here.
Travel to the Mid-east and other countries of unrest pax are more apt to be checked leaving the USA and arrival on foreign soil.
This especially so with young men trying to go to Syria to join Isis.
I really don't think that there is Jihad movement of non-rev pax traveling on Buddy Passes !
