I've been a union member of NW and AS, and non-unionized with Independence Air. It depends how you feel about your company culture. Do you have trust that internal decisions will be done in the best interest of as many people as possible? IMO, if Delta agents are getting along just fine without unionizing, why start now? I can't imagine what dynamic changes would suddenly cause the need to be unionized. Life will go on with or without it.
