Z, the airport itself has many options to eat. If you are looking for some sort of fine dining, your best bet is to go downtown. Anywhere in the suburbs won't be easily reachable because of lack of public transportation. However, blue line will take you to downtown in about 60 minutes or so. I suggest taking blue line all the way to halsted stop and getting to Greek town if you are into that. Many good restaurants there.
