Exactly, unfortunately what we had was a lot of confused people in a crowded airport sent from one line to another long winding line with only a ‘nice stranger’ telling them they didn't have to take their shoes off. People want official confirmation…and with little until you hit the boarding pass checkpoint, the line grinded to a halt.
