My most recent trip I made a tight connection from about the 2nd or 3rd from end gate of concourse A(from BWI) to gate T1(to MCO) in ATL. I had 15 minutes from leaving arriving aircraft untill departure time of next flight. I'm not sure if I beat the 10 minute mark or not, but I was the last on, sweaty and panting, but I made it.
My personal best was arriving about 3/4 up concourse B(from BWI), and departing c35ish(to EYW). I stepped off the first aircraft, checked the time, sat down in the next aircraft, checked the time, 7 minutes had elapsed.
I do the overwhelming majority of my traveling with just a backpack, it's much easier to cut and slice through the crowds in ATL without a rollaboard tagging behind.
EDIT- Almost forgot, my first time nonreving to GPT, the flight cxld, I dashed from D something to T1 or 2 for the last flight to MSY. Had to use an S2, got the 2nd or 3rd from last seat. Middle seat, between a large woman and a musky man, first flight on a 738 though, and(knock on wood) so far my only middle seat, although any seat in a CRJ is comparable to a middle seat.
