Thread: Newbe ro ZED world -- need few direcrtions

HI I am newbe to ZED. Never used. Always travelled as parents of Virgin America employee. we want to travel from sfo to mum. few questions:
1. is there a site where I could find out rules for zed travel for the airlines associated with VA.?
2. Is there a way to check load factor on website for us?
3. How much extra one has to pay for confirmed seats?
4. could one buy upgrade to business or first in advance--ofcourse standy-- how much does it cost typically?
