I'd like to see how some places are normalized for distance flown. I know that's a surprisingly small factor in determining ticket prices, but look at the bottom of the list. HNL, OGG, ANC... people are bound to be likely to have much longer trips from there! I know those are only a few examples, but it makes me question the rest of the survey if they aren't doing some kind of normalization.
