    Rio
    Hilton - Paradise
    Cannery NLV
    Bellagio
    Sams Town - Boulder Hwy

    Sad to say, but I don't see self-service buffets coming back to Vegas for some time. At the Wynn they tried doing their buffet where you ordered using a (single use menu) or QR code and a server brought your order - didn't work out.
