I work for Emirates Airlines, based in Karachi.
I'll be glad to respond with questions about the unexplored tourism potentials of Pakistan, a country rich in culture, inhabited by the friendliest people. It is completely safe & secure for all residents or visitors from any part of the world. Those who have already been there know that they are always treated with utmost courtesy & respect.
I would aso like to assist my fellow interliners from around the globe with the general info./ tips / suggestions about wherever I have travelled.

    Welcome to the group!

I have a friend from Islamabad who is attending graduate school at the University of Osaka. Hopefully one day soon I will be able to visit his family.

Sorry for the delay in reply. Since I'm new to this forum, hence not very much familiar with the way the whole thing works but I'm sure I'll get hold of it soon.

Its indeed pleasing that you intend travelling to Islamabad to visit your friend. Do let me know.. when you finalize your travel plan. ISB itself is very nice place to see & is very close to some of the very attractive tourist attractions.

Emirates Airlines is starting its operation to OSAKA in a couple of months.OSA has always been accesible from CHI. from Osaka you can take Emirates' one stop flight i.e. OSAXB:ISB.

Keep in touch & let me know should you require any more detail with regards to your travel.
