I want to go to Omsk in Siberia. But, because of UK tax laws, BA staff cannot apply for IATA res 788 tickets. And, there is no interline agreement with Aeroflot (or any Russian Airlines). Anyone got any ideas or connections for getting an ID ticket from Siberian Airlines or Aeroflot?
