I know there are other countries that say must have onward ticket and you can non-rev in just fine. Qatar Airways flies to LHR, maybe a local number you can call, or if you work at LHR they must have some type of ticket counter, help desk. They even have a ticket desk at Harrods, Lower Ground Floor, 87-135 Brompton Road.
OR ask British Airways, see if their employees can fly non-rev there.
