I would recommend working through your own staff travel department as your first point of contact. Generally they are able resolve issues involving your staff travel privileges on an OAL. If they can't do so themselves, then it's best to let them address the issue with the other airline (AF in this case).Originally Posted by mtalves

GP net is a very well done site easy to use and quite reliable if there is a green dot the flight is really open and it is true . I always got lucky to make some orange one I have been bumped on some reds.
The only problem, specially on the domestic french market or to the African continent the flights can fill up the day, even few hours before.
Getting them on the phone in France is a nightmare, not worth trying...
